Verona

Verona stands on the banks of the Adige in a hilly setting and is, after Venice, the finest art centre in Venetia. It is also the setting of the drama of Romeo and Juliet, immortalized by Shakespeare. 

Juliet’s Tomb
In the cloisters of the Church of San Francesco al Corso, where it is said the two young lovers were married. A romantic villa with a garden and trellised walkway. The interior is decorated with frescoes. Weddings are celebrated Thursday and Saturday mornings only.

Verona Town Hall
Opposite the Arena  right on the main Piazza Bra is the majestic palace housing the large hall with its rich tapestries, elaborate paintings and antique furnishings. Weddings are celebrated the first Saturday of the month in theTapestry Hall.
